Yoganauts was founded in Australia in 2014 by Paul Karantonis, a sports and exercise scientist.

With his team in NSW, VIC and ACT Paul has taught the Yoganauts programmes in a wide range of schools, impressing teachers with fun and interactive techniques and engaging, the entire spectrum of the classroom, including those children who are usually the least engaged.

Yoganauts provides school children with healthy and mindful activity increasing their physical strength and ability to focus on schoolwork.

Yoganauts engages children in Lower Primary years with mindful movement and body control using storytelling techniques centred around four ‘Yoganauts’ characters who explore physical and mental health and wellbeing principles.

Yoganauts engages children in Upper Primary years by exploring movement and wellbeing through teamwork, problem-solving and the chance to work at a range of challenge levels.

Highly regarded by students, parents and teachers alike, the Yoganauts method is profound, impactful and memorable for students, achieving wellbeing outcomes in a meaningful way and building resilient and connected classrooms.

Yoganauts has expanded steadily since its inception in 2014, but Paul strives to ensure the company retains its warm and positive rapport-building approach, in order to meaningfully engage with every child who encounters the Yoganauts.
