Join the Chief and his four friends, on a half day adventure filled with challenges which work on building students' balance and focus, introduce them to breathing techniques for self-management and develop their resilience to face hurdles in their day-to-day life. 

The students will unlock badges along their way, and together all land on the target “X Marks the Spot”, which will reveal a special challenge to leave your students’ feeling calm but energised! 

Students will also get to use the Yoganaut-a-Meter, to check in with themselves and will learn to use this as a tool for self-management. The Yoganaut-a-metre helps to aid the students’ awareness of their wellbeing and how they can manage it.
